The Brief Introduction of Xindu Museum
Xindu museum is officially opened to the tourist on October 1, 2006, its construction is divided into three stages, the display area altogether has 1,200 square meters. Unfolds the line from bottow to top. The Xindu museum altogether supposes two exhibitions: One basic exhibition, two special exhibitions. The ground floor: the tourist center, the multimedia showing center, the monitoring room. The second floor: "Exhibtions on Fancinating Xindu" ,the basic exhibition.The third floor: "Calligraphy and painting Topic" exhibits and "the Celebrity of Xindu", the special exhibition.
The first floor is the comprehensive functional demonstration hall of Xindu museum. Including: Tourist reception, the ticket office, the tour guide service desk, the information office, touch the screen information desk, where you can get informations like, the traveling, the dining and recommendations in Xindu when you touch the screen. And Xindu's historical evolution,content and historical culture are offered.
The second floor of museum is a basic exhibition,which is divided into three units: Ancient Shu Kingdom , Han dynasty,Tang dynasty, Ming and Qing Dynasties,which are the most magnificent and the most representatives periods in the Xindu history. They are attributed to Xindu's glorious history, the prosperity economical culture and the rich humanities. The cultural relics include the weapons in Warring States periods, the Pictorial Bricks of Han Dynasty, Terra-cotta storyteller of Eastern Han Dynasty, and valuable ancient coins and so on.
